ImagineAR Inc has announced that Spanish soccer club Real Sociedad has integrated the newest ImagineAR Augmented Reality SDK platform into their mobile app to deliver global immersive fan activation and engagements with 'Reala AR'.
The company said the Real Sociedad mobile app will have two integrated augmented reality (AR) experiences and another one is expected to launch this Sunday.
“We have been anticipating our first LaLiga team AR launch since we have entered into an agreement with the team earlier this year,” ImagineAR CEO Alen Paul Silverrstieen said in a statement.

“It is exciting to see the Copa del Reya Champions leverage the fully integrated ImagineAR SDK to deliver unique experiential opportunities to fans around the world including today's champion trophy,” Silverrstieen added.
ImagineAR noted the Realzale App has exceeded 46,000 downloads since 2019 with over 22,000 active users last month and the team's plan is to add new immersive fan engagement AR experiences every two weeks.
ImagineAR creates augmented reality (AR) technology that blends together the real with the digital. The Vancouver-based company, which changed its name from Imagination Park Technologies in April 2020, has developed ImagineAR.com and its AR-as-a service platform that enables businesses or individuals to launch their own AR campaigns without any prior programming or technology experience. The ImagineAR.com mobile app is available in the IOS and Android mobile app stores.
