Tribe Property Technologies CEO Joseph Nakhla shared with Steve Darling from Proactive that the company has acquired a portfolio of rental and commercial property management assets from NAI Commercial Okanagan.
Nakhla says this acquisition expands Tribe’s management of the rising sector of single-unit rentals or vacation properties. It also opens additional revenue streams, while bringing more efficiencies through the digitization of these new properties.
