Symphony Environmental Technologies PLC (AIM:SYM) has signed a distribution agreement with two successful entrepreneurs that provides access to the hospitality sector for its sustainable plastics and rubber products.
Faust Innovations, a new company set up by Roberto Fama and Henry Uscinski, which will sell finished products incorporating Symphony’s d2w and d2p technologies.
The collaboration provides access to over 500 suppliers and customers in the hotel consumables and medical devices fields, investors were told.
Symphony chief executive Michael Laurier said it provided a “very useful” entry to the hospitality industry.
“We are pleased to be working with two very experienced businessmen who are well placed to introduce our products to this important market, initially in Japan, Thailand, the UAE and Hong Kong. We wish them every success,” he added.
Fama is the creator of the Art of Hospitality, which provides human resources service and supplies hotels and resorts. Uscinski, a businessman, lawyer and the founder, is founder of Asia Capital Development Group, which provides the sector with cleaning tools, consumables and disposable medical products.
