Recruiter.com Group Inc. CEO Evan Sohn tells Proactive it has launched an 'Enterprise Plan' for Recruiters on Demand, a program designed to help employers hire ten or more full-time recruiters as demand for recruiting and talent acquisition professionals continues to soar.
Sohn says its enterprise clients want to leverage its platform to hire dozens of recruiters, and because of this demand, the group productized the offering, hoping it will make the task of hiring recruiters easier during the 'Great Resignation.'
