One World Lithium Inc announced it has engaged two new consultants with experience in green technologies to help advance its Salar del Diablo lithium brine project in Mexico.
The Vancouver-based company will be working with communications firm Rayleigh Capital and financial services group J&L Strategic Solutions LLC.
In a statement, OWL told investors that the consultants “offer different consulting services that are mutually beneficial to increase global market awareness and different financing opportunities that are less reliant on equity offerings”.

Rayleigh Capital is coming in with the mandate to increase investor awareness in the UK, Middle East, Europe and Canada about Salar del Diablo and its critical fluid technology Communication services are focused on various investment communities. Its services include road shows, social media and introductions to the investment communities.
“One World Lithium needs to be discovered by investors on a global basis,” the group’s managing director Carrie Howes said in a statement.
Rayleigh Capital will be paid a monthly fee of C$3,000 over a one-year contract. The firm has an option to purchase up to 600,000 common shares of OWL over two years at an exercise price per common share of $ 0.095.
As for J&L, the capital management consulting firm, it specializes in financings and green energy industries. OWL told shareholders it is interested in the firm’s skills in mergers and acquisitions, as well as a variety of industry fundings, given the growing demand to access either lithium separation technologies or exploring for lithium carbonate prospects and deposits.
It added that if these financings are successful, OWL’s future offerings “may take a different direction”.
“In other words, the lithium consumers are buying a current position for future supply,” the company stated.
“The lithium sector consolidations will provide opportunities and I look forward to working with Carrie Howes and other OWL consultants including Jack Lifton LLC who has a detailed knowledge of the lithium industry trends and separation technologies,” Jeffery Hulings, J&L’s founder said.
J&L will be paid a monthly fee of C$5,000 over the one-year contract term and will have the option to purchase up to 500,000 common shares of the company over two years at an exercise price per common share of $0.095.
