EverGen Infrastructure Corp (TSX-V:EVGN) COO Sean Mezei joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company’s wholly-owned subsidiary Fraser Valley Biogas was able to contribute an additional 18% of Renewable Natural Gas production for September vs. last year and 9% higher YTD production.
Mezei telling Proactive, that Fraser Valley Biogas is carbon negative & produced over 80,000 gigajoules of RNG annually in 2020 - enough to heat approximately 1,000 homes for a year. The Company continues to work with the Ministry of Environment to amend the Facility’s permit to process agricultural and food waste at flows similar to other anaerobic digesters in the area, which will allow them to roughly double their RNG production by the end of 2022
