Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF) said it appointed Eric Lakin as its new chief financial officer. He is expected to start at the fuel cell developer in January 2022.
Lakin is joining after ten years at Smiths Group (LSE:SMIN), where most recently he was CFO at Smiths Interconnect, a £330m revenue industrial technology division.
Previously he worked in private equity and finance and was an equity research analyst with Bank of America (NYSE:BAC) and Credit Suisse.
Lakin replaces current CFO Richard Preston, who has decided to step down from his role to spend more time with his family, Ceres said in a statement.
