Silverwood Brands' Andrew Gerrie talks to Proactive London about their plans to list on the Aquis Stock Exchange Growth Market next month.
The group is an investment company focused on consumer-facing brands in the foods, organic food, wellness, lifestyle and leisure sectors, which are expected to see significant growth as the pandemic comes to an end. The plan is to build a portfolio ranging from established brands to smaller ventures.
The investment group has already completed a pre-IPO subscription of £1mln, with an IPO subscription to qualifying investors expected to start shortly.
