Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN) said its shares will begin trading today on the US OTC market in addition to its London AIM listing.
The sustainable biopesticides and plastic-free products group said the shares will trade on the OTCQB Venture Market under the ticker EDNSF.
The listing will provide US investors with the ability to trade in the company's ordinary shares in US dollars and during US market hours, Eden said. It is supporting the secondary listing with new investor relations activity in the US aimed at creating visibility, broadening the company's shareholder base and improving stock liquidity.
