I-80 Gold Corp CEO Ewan Downie joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news that the company has completed its previously announced acquisition of the Ruby Hill mine in Nevada.
The deal follows the completion of the acquisitions of the Lone Tree and Buffalo Mountain gold deposits, also in Nevada, plus certain processing infrastructure, from Nevada Gold Mines.
Downie telling Proactive that the company is now in a position to begin accelerating mine development at multiple sites as its focus on its plan to build a mid-tier gold producing company.
