Bam Bam Resources (CSE:BBR) Corp has said it is planning additional drilling for the DeSoto copper oxide target at its flagship Majuba Hill Project in Pershing County, Nevada.
The decision follows the recent recognition of the near surface copper oxide potential from the historic core which was combined with soil results the company reported last week.
The data has compelled Bam Bam to focus on three areas within the DeSoto copper oxide zone. As such the resource exploration firm has filed an Amendment to the Notice that is in place with the US Bureau of Land Management for the exploration currently underway.

According to Bam Bam, the Notice Amendments are processed and accepted in a very timely fashion. Once approved, the company plans to move one of the drill rigs on the project over to test these areas.
"The expansion of the DeSoto copper oxide target to over one mile long is important. Because of our improved understanding of the leaching and enrichment environment at DeSoto, these will be significant drill holes,” David Greenway, president and CEO, said in a statement.
“The nearness to the Majuba-Known copper oxide zone drilling means that encouragement at DeSoto could have an immediate impact on the project," he added.
Bam Bam is positioning itself as a key supplier for the clean energy era where silver, gold and especially copper will be of increasing importance. The company’s focus is the Majuba Hill copper, silver and gold District located 156 miles outside Reno, Nevada.
