Castelnau Group Ltd was admitted to the Specialist Fund Segment of the London Stock Exchange’s main market today following its initial public offering.
The investment company raised gross proceeds of £53.1mln, valuing it at just under £178mln on admission.
Phoenix Asset Management Partners Ltd is the investment manager to the company, led by its chief executive and chief investment officer Gary Channon.
