Learning Technologies Group PLC (AIM:LTG) has completed the £284mln acquisition of GPS Strategies – a transformational deal for the group.
The purchase of the workforce transformation specialist, which was approved earlier in the month, has helped create an enlarged business employing 5,000 and generating annual revenues of £500mln.
The transaction is expected to be earnings accretive from 2022.
