Friday belongs to Hargreaves Lansdown PLC (LSE:HL.) and its third-quarter trading update.
The wealth management platform operator should update on net new business, client numbers, assets under administration (AuA) and net revenue for the period.
In the financial year just ended (to 30 June), the company reported a 30% year-on-year increase in AuA as investors spent the lockdown topping up their retirement funds.
Chris Hill, the firm’s chief executive officer, called it an extraordinary year. It will be interesting to see whether performance is still extraordinary now that things are starting to go a bit Pete Tong with the UK economy.
