Pental Ltd (ASX:PTL)'s Charlie McLeish discusses with Proactive two strategic acquisitions the company's made this year. Last month it completed on the acquisition of leading e-commerce hamper and gifting business Hampers with Bite. He says the purchase will boost Pental’s financial scale and deliver new capabilities which are highly complementary to its existing business. The company also acquired Bondi Soap which has recently launched as an online range of products.
