Jushi Holdings Inc. (CSE:JUSH, OTCQB:JUSHF)(CSE: JUSH) (OTCQX: JUSHF) CEO Jim Cacioppo talks to Proactive about the Boca Raton, Florida-based cannabis group's new dispensary acquisition in Nevada, which makes it the fourth state it has a vertically integrated presence in, following its April 2021 purchase of Franklin Bioscience NV, LLC, which holds a cannabis cultivation, processing, and distribution license.
Cacioppo says as for further state M&A penetration, he has his eye on New Jersey and Maryland because of its proximity to its existing presence in Pennsylvania, Virginia, and Massachusetts.
