Fobi AI (TSX-V:FOBI, OTCQB:FOBIF) CEO Rob Anson joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has signed an agreement to acquire PassWallet. This app by Google Play Store is for managing and utilizing Wallet passes on Android phones.
Anson telling Proactive PassWallet works with other leading wallet pass companies and supports more than 150 countries where Google Pay is not supported like Mexico, Israel and the Philippines.
Anson also told Proactive, the company has signed another key deal, announcing the signing of a national Passcreator Wallet pass deal with S4S, Iceland’s largest shoe retailer.
