Trucker payment network Eurowag valued at more than £1bn in IPO

Eurowag will raise around €200mln (£170mln) through the sale of 113mln new shares

Eurowag (LSE:WPS) has priced its listing on the London Stock Exchange at 150p per share valuing the card payment network at just over £1bn.

The business provides truckers with a card payment system, including for fuel, through a network of around 15,500 points across Europe.

Eurowag will raise around €200mln (£170mln) through the sale of 113mln new shares, with existing owners selling a further 11mln shares that will be followed by a further 12mln in an over-allotment option.

Conditional dealings started this morning with unconditional trading scheduled for 13 October.
