Russian IT group Softline Holding Limited has confirmed plans to go ahead with a US$400mln IPO on the main market of the London Stock Exchange.
The digital transformation and cybersecurity firm, headquartered in London, is yet to determine a price and expects to start trading this month.
The offer would consist of a combination of new and existing shares, with the majority being new shares, sold by chairman and founder Igor Borovikov, private equity group Da Vinci and Zubr Capital Fund.
The proceeds will be used to boost strategy growth plans and the acquisition pipeline.
Softline has been advised by Credit Suisse, JP Morgan and VTB Capital as joint global coordinators and bookrunners, alongside Alfa Capital Markets, Citigroup, Gazprombank and Sber CIB.
Founded in 1993, the group now counts 6,000 employees catering to 150,000 enterprise customers.
It had a turnover of US$1.8bn in the year to March 2021 from US$1.3bn the year before.
