BATM Advanced Communications Ltd (LSE:BVC) said it is making its Edgility networking product, which protects small offices and home workers, to AudioCodes, a specialist retailer of networking and processing kit.
BATM said the partnership has been created in response to the growing demand for simple, cost-effective solutions such as Edgility.
AudioCodes operates in over 100 countries, counts 66 of the top 100 service providers among its clients and "shares our focus on the SME market", investors were told.
“Accordingly, this partnership enhances our route-to-market and competitive position,” said chief executive, Dr Zvi Marom.
“It also represents an endorsement of the strength of our offering and forms part of our growth strategy to accelerate the adoption of our solutions via collaborations.
“We continue to see increasing momentum in our NFV business and we are very excited about its future prospects."
