Alpha Financial Markets Consulting PLC (AIM:AFM) said the good momentum and strong pipeline carried into 2022 has continued, with positive trading conditions in the first six months.
The global consultancy to the asset management, wealth management and insurance industries said its board is confident of achieving full-year expectations.
Net fee income in the six months to 30 September increased at double-digital organic growth rates, reflecting increased client demand. North America and Europe & Asia showed the strongest demand and like-for-like progress.
Margins have been “strong”, lifted by consultant utilisation levels above targets, alongside a variable cost base described as “increasing but well controlled”.
Alpha FMC said it “successfully delivered strong sales wins and grown its opportunity pipeline through the first half”.
The integration of Lionpoint Holdings, the acquisition agreed for up to US$90mln in May and completed during the first half, was said to have “proceed as planned”, with the business “delivering good revenue growth”.
Interim results are set to be announced on 24 November.
