Hawkmoon Resources (CSE:HM) Corp has completed its initial public offering of 7.5 million units issued at a price of $0.10 per unit for gross proceeds of $750,000.
In connection with the offering, the company’s common shares were listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange effective April 15 and began trading on the CSE under the symbol “HM” on April 19.
Each unit consists of one share and one purchase warrant -- which is exercisable into one share at $0.15 each until April 16, 2023.
