Yooma Wellness CEO Jordan Greenberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has completed the acquisition of Tokyo-based Vertex Co, which sells a range of proprietary wellness products in Japan through various home shopping networks including QVC, Fuji TV, Nihon TV.
Greenberg telling Proactive this deal also adds new product lines to Yooma’s wellness offerings and it also brings in a new customer base and gives the company a big footprint in the Japanese market place and opens up the rest of Asia.
