Vicinity Motor Corp CEO William Trainer tells Proactive the supplier of electric, CNG, gas and clean diesel vehicles, has partnered with Aereus Technologies to offer its CuVerro Shield technology as an optional feature on all its Vicinity Classic and Lightning EV buses.
Trainer says CuVerro Shield is a patented permanent, non-chemical treatment that helps protect transit passengers and operators from the transmittal of harmful bacteria for the entire service life of the vehicle through standard cleaning and upkeep. He adds the treatment kills 99.9% of bacteria in two hours and never wears off.
