Bezant identifies four drill targets at Namibia Hope project

“ A cluster of targets have been identified near our Hope and Gorob Vendome deposit, that bodes well for increasing the size of the deposit”

Bezant Resources PLC (AIM:BZT, FRA:BN5) identified four highly prospective drill targets at its Hope Copper-Gold licence block (EPL 5796) in Namibia that will start to be drilled from November.

The targets were selected after a 3,000 line km airborne survey along the 130km strike of the Matchless Copper Belt on its licence.

Two of the anomalies are previously undrilled in close proximity to the Gorob-Vendome deposit cluster, a third is located along strike to the east of the Hope and Anomaly West deposit cluster while a fourth is in an area of no record of the previous exploration.

Colin Bird, Bezant’s executive chairman, said: "The Matchless Copper Belt is a large occurrence that has had very little testing both invasive and geophysical.

“The completed EM survey and subsequent modelling is the first attempt to identify the true potential of the Copper Belt.

“We received a positive result from our survey and have generated a number of targets of significance.

“ A cluster of targets have been identified near our Hope and Gorob Vendome deposit, that bodes well for increasing the size of the deposit”.
