Cornerstone FS (AIM:CSFS) (LON:CSFS) Julian Wheatland talks to Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam about expanding its geographical reach by opening a new office in Dubai.
As Wheatland explains the firm are tapping into the foreign investors in the region market, particularly the Asian investors acquiring real estate.
He says Dubai is a major destination for foreign investment in real estate, particularly with funds from Asia, and its appeal has been enhanced during the pandemic. He goes on to say by establishing a presence there, 'we will be able to tap into this growing market'.
