e-therapeutics PLC said it will begin trading later Friday on the OTCQX Best Market under the ticker symbol ETXPF.
The AIM-listed computational drug discovery group, which is focused on RNA interference (RNAi), said the move onto the US market would help broaden the shareholder base.
Chief executive Ali Mortazavi added: “US institutional and retail investors will now be able to buy and sell our shares via online trading platforms and mobile apps.
“We believe that our computational biology and RNAi therapeutics platforms are particularly suited to a global audience and we look forward to sharing our equity story with an international audience."
