Tribe Property Technologies CEO Joseph Nakhla shared with Steve Darling from Proactive that the company has acquired Powder Highway Management Group’s Property Management Portfolio which includes residential management contracts and current employees in the communities of Revelstoke and Golden.
Nakhla telling Proactive this now gives the company a big presence in the Kootenay region of British Columbia which has seen residential growth over the past number of years. That area will also give the company access to Calgary and Kelowna. Tribe will now have in Mainland/Southwest, Vancouver Island/Coast, Thompson/Okanagan, Cariboo, and Kootenay.
