Learning Technologies Group PLC’s Jonathan Satchell talks Proactive through its half year results for the six months ended 30 June 2021. He says the company's swift return to organic revenue growth reflects a strong and well-integrated business. Satchell says the acquisition of GP Strategies will create a global business with more than 5,000 employees and proforma revenues of around £500 million.
