Namaste Technologies Inc said its board of directors has approved the company name change to Lifeist Wellness Inc as it expands its UK product offerings to include hemp-derived CBD products.
Namaste also noted that its common shares are expected to begin trading on the TSX Venture exchange under the updated ticker symbol ‘LFST’ on or about September 15, 2021.
“Lifeist seeks to be a bold and disruptive wellness company, striving to connect humanity with safe, innovative and often daring pathways to individual definitions of wellness,” Lifeist Wellness CEO Meni Morim said in a statement.

“The Lifeist rebrand speaks to ‘Higher Living’, resonating with a multi-billion dollar global market of consumers seeking to unlock their extraordinary,” Morim added.
The company said its current portfolio of cannabis, hemp derived CBD wellness products and accessories will be complemented by the establishment of a nutraceuticals division by the end of the fourth quarter of 2021.
