DomaCom Australia’s directors support strategy through entitlement issue participation

The company’s funds under management (FUM) grew by 10% in the June quarter to $84.4 million.

DomaCom Australia Ltd (ASX:DCL) chairman Grahame Evans and director Ross Laidlaw have shown confidence in the company’s fractional investment platform by participating in the company’s recent entitlement offer.

Independent non-executive Evans has today acquired 92,103 fully paid ordinary shares at $0.066 per share in an indirect interest while a further 106,039 shares were acquired for another indirect interest.

These have taken the amount held in the former interest to 552,613 and in the latter interest to 636,230 while Evans also holds another 242,256 in a direct interest.

Executive director and chief operating officer Ross Laidlaw has today acquired 8,000 shares in one direct interest and a further 75,758 in another.

This increases the holding in the first interest to 1,776,857 and in the second to 616,067.

In “much better position”

DomaCom has started the new financial year in a “very much better position” as it progresses the AustAgri Group Ltd transaction towards settlement.

In its June quarterly report, the company said its funds under management (FUM) grew by 10% to $84.4 million from the March 2021 quarter.

DomaCom chief executive officer Arthur Naoumidis said: “The June quarter has been a very challenging quarter for the company and I am pleased to be able to start the new financial year in a much better position than we faced in May and June.”
