Norman Broadbent PLC (AIM:NBB), an executive recruitment firm, said Kevin Davidson will be joining the board as chief executive effective today.
Davidson was most recently the managing director of leading specialist executive search and leadership advisory firm, Ducatus Partners, and prior to that was CEO of Maxwell Drummond International, an international boutique executive search firm.
"On behalf of the board, I am delighted to welcome Kevin to the company,” said executive chairman Peter Searle. “His extensive industry expertise and strategic insight will be invaluable as we move into our next phase of growth."
Searle took over the day-to-day running of the business when previous CEO Mike Brennan resigned in July.
