Oracle Power PLC (AIM:ORCP) said it has defined five drill target areas at its Jundee East gold project in the Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia.
The target areas were defined after an expanded geochemical soil sampling programme highlighted positive responses for copper and gold.
“Further positive results from the expanded soil geochemistry programme has defined five large target zones for drilling,” said chief executive Naheed Memon. “The technical team is designing a drill programme and we will commence drilling as soon as we have an approved programme of work and can then confirm rig availability."
The project is located about 7km due east from Northern Star Resources Ltd (ASX:NST)'s producing Jundee gold mine, which has a current resource estimate of 5.4 million ounces.
