CV Check Ltd (ASX:CV1)’s new chief executive officer Michael Ivanchenko, who has been selected following a comprehensive search and selection process, has taken up his position today.

The company describes Ivanchenko, as an internationally experienced, highly capable executive with a record of driving profitable growth through the development and deployment of significant software-as-a-service (SaaS) products.

He has deep experience in rapidly developing business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) technology sectors and has led product and sales teams across Asia-Pacific, the US and Europe.

“Excited to be able to start”

Ivanchenko said: “I am tremendously excited to be able to start today as a leader of a company with such potential.

“As the recently announced annual report shows, this is a business in great shape, with opportunities for growth.

“I am relishing the chance to harness the energy, insight and experience of the team to deliver them success as the company becomes a key player in the global Reg Tech market.

“Due to WA’s lockdown rules, at first, I will be joining the rest of our distributed workforce, before arriving in Perth in a few weeks’ time.

“I look forward to continuing the smooth process of integrating into the business.”

Chairman resumes role

With Ivanchenko assuming office as new CEO, Ivan Gustavino, who had been acting as CVCheck’s executive chair since April 2021, has stepped down from the role and resumes his role as independent non-executive chairman.

The company acknowledges and thanks Gustavino, for his contribution and leadership over the past four months.
