American Rare Earths Ltd (ASX:ARR)'s Keith Middleton talks Proactive's Andrew Scott through high-grade surface samples from its expanded Halleck Creek Project in the US. It's revealed total rare earth oxides (TREO) averaging more than 3,000 parts per million (ppm). ARR has filed for exploration drilling permits and JORC 2012 compliant exploration targets are being determined.
