HempFusion Wellness expansion plans expected to boost its FY2021 revenue to between US$12.5M and US$13.5M

It also expects to generate revenues of between US$20 million to US$25 million in fiscal 2022

HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) Wellness Inc said it expects to generate revenues of between US$12.5 million and US$13.5 million in fiscal 2021, as well as US$20 million to US$25 million in fiscal 2022, which the company credits largely to its expansion plans over the next 18 months and beyond.

HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) noted its guidance for the current fiscal year includes pre-closing fiscal 2021 revenues from its recently completed acquisitions of Apothecanna and Sagely Naturals.

“With the Acquisitions closed, not only do we reach over 15,000 retail locations and sell products in eight countries, but we’re also targeting up to $30 million in revenue for 2022,” HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) Wellness CEO Jason Mitchell said in a statement.

“Combining this with our regulatory preparedness for ingestible CBD, we believe that we are poised to be the outstanding leader in the CBD industry,” Mitchell added.

The company also said with its new acquisitions, it is now able to distribute its products to more than 15,000 retail locations including Publix, Walgreens, CVS, Rite Aid (NYSE:RAD), Albertsons, Sprouts, Nordstrom, Whole Foods, and Kroger, with several more significant retailers expected to launch in the coming weeks.

It added that it plans to leverage the investment it has made in international distribution to bring a more robust offering to Europe and Asia, including expanding its already strong partnership with T-Mall.

As well, HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) said it has the ability to roll out highly compliant, organic-certified ingestibles through multiple e-commerce and retail platforms.

The company had about US$11.4 million in cash as of the end of its fiscal second quarter.

HempFusion Wellness enjoys high visibility as its family of brands — HempFusion, Probulin Probiotics, Biome Research, and HF Labs — are widely distributed to some 4,000 retailers spread across the US and international locations.
