Sureserve Group PLC (AIM:SUR) has won a ten-year contract extension with social housing group the Guinness Partnership for gas maintenance services.
Subsidiaries K&T Heating Services and Sure Maintenance were awarded the contract, which is for a minimum of 5 years and up to a maximum of ten and covers gas installation repair and upkeep,
The contract starts on 1 September 2021.and is expected to generate a combined sales revenue of £140mln over the full 10-year term.
The Guinness Partnership owns and manages more than 65,000 homes throughout England.
