Stephanie Sirota, Director of RTW Venture Fund (LON:RTW) joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam about their investment style and areas of expertise.
The fund invests in technologies such as gene therapy, RNS, antibodies and proteins as well as disease areas of cancer, rare disease, neurology and CVD.
As Sirota explains, 'about 30% of our portfolio is in pre-clinical assets, about a quarter in phase I, a quarter in phase II and then the rest of the balance is in phase III and at the commercial stage'.
Thirteen of their private investments have IPO'd in the last two years and she says there's much more to come.
