Goldseek Resources Inc has commenced a planned 5,000-meter drill program at the Beschefer project in Quebec.
The program will focus on infill drilling and expansion targets with a goal of extending the historical high-grade zones defined as 55.63 grams per tonne (g/t) gold over 5.57 meters (m); 10.28 g/t gold over 8m, and 12.40 g/t gold over 3.78m.
The Beschefer project is located about 30 kilometers southwest of Wallbridge’s Fenelon Gold property.

In early March, Goldseek entered into an option agreement with Wallbridge Mining on the Beschefer project, giving Goldseek the ability to earn 100% interest in the project over four years.
“We are excited to start our first drill program on the Beschefer Project, which has demonstrated size and grade potential,” Goldseek's president & CEO Jon Deluce said in a statement. “We look forward to highlighting the near-resource stage of the project and expansion potential through our upcoming 3D modelling details and drill results.”
Data will be collected from the 22 planned drill holes, with lengths ranging from 100 to 380m. The drill program will consist of both resource and expansion drilling, which will aid 3D modelling and mapping of the mineralization at the property.
