Likewise Group's Tony Brewer joins Proactive London's Katie Pilbeam as they prepare to list on AIM on Wednesday 18th August.
Brewer explain their goals of creating a £200m firm and beyond and increasing their 3% market share to 10%.
They have distribution network across the north and south with aims to 'continue building that network into the south and south west of England.
As Brewer explains, they've built up a market cap of around 40m on the channel islands and they are now raising a further 10m 'with capital to continue growing the business'.
