In terms of sectors, the Advantage motor operation is continuing to enjoy a profitable, controlled and cash generative recovery whereas the Aspen property bridging division has continued to see the 'encouraging trends' witnessed earlier in the year.
Aside from a cautious tone, Coombs says the inherent strength and potential future profitability of the group means they have plenty of 'hay in the barn to buttress ourselves'.
