HempFusion (TSX:CBD.U, OTCQX:CBDHF) Wellness Inc (TSX:CBD.U) (OTCQX:CBDHF) CEO Jason Mitchell tells Proactive it has completed its acquisition of Denver, Colorado-based hemp-focused Apothecanna, and explains the overlap between its second recent acquisition of Sagely Naturals.
What's more, Mitchell says the group has launched its CBD Gummy line that contains its proprietary broad-spectrum hemp extract, natural functional ingredients, and premium flavors. According to Brightfield Group, the CBD gummy market is set to achieve $500 million in sales in 2021, up 44% from 2020, and is expected to reach $1.8 billion in 2026.
