Red Rock Resources PLC (AIM:RRR, FRA:R2TA) (AIM:RRR, FRA:R2TA) Andrew Bell joins Proactive London to talks about his plans with Power Metal Resources PLC (AIM:POW, FRA:2M5) (AIM:POW, FRA:2M5) for a London IPO for their Australian gold joint venture, Red Rock Australasia Pty Ltd (RRAL).
Bell explains why the British capital is now the right place rather than Canada, with the possibility of seeking a trading facility in North America later.
He says some listing work has already been done, and this can be used in the current process.
