CV Check Ltd (ASX:CV1) has appointed Michael Ivanchenko to the role of chief executive officer, following a comprehensive search and selection process.
Ivanchenko is described as an internationally experienced, highly capable executive with a record of driving profitable growth through the development and deployment of significant software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and will begin the role on August 30.
He has deep experience in rapidly developing business-to-business (B2B) and business-to-consumer (B2C) technology sectors.
On a global scale, he has led product and sales teams across Asia-Pacific, the US and Europe.

Speaking to the appointment, CV Check executive chair Ivan Gustavino said: “This calendar year has seen CVCheck successfully acquire Bright People Technologies and bring the two businesses together, all while delivering record revenues.
“This appointment is another critical milestone, and we are incredibly excited to have Michael join at this significant inflection point in the company’s journey to becoming a key player in the global Reg Tech market.”
Most recently, Ivanchenko served as executive director of product with Foxtel Group, where he was responsible for the evolution of the Foxtel product from a legacy broadcast platform to an internet-connected service with modern user experience.
He has previously held senior executive roles with Kudelski Group, OpenTV and was co-founder and CEO of Vulcan Software Limited.
June quarter highlights
CV Check continued to make strong progress on the integration of its newly acquired Bright People Technologies (BPT) business after achieving record revenue of $6.4 million — up 262% on the previous corresponding period.
The ASX-lister maintains the record revenue was supported by continued growth in the Australian and New Zealand economies and the acquisition of the BPT business.
Annual recurring revenue (ARR) was a record $13.3 million to June 30, 2021, compared to $11.1 million to March 31, 2021, up 19.8%.
