CO2 GRO Inc (TSX-V:GROW, OTCQB:BLONF). reports that several growers expressed strong interest in its CO2 Delivery Solutions technology after the company highlighted the product at two recent conferences.
Some of the company’s US sales representatives joined its management and marketing team at the Hemp Conference (July 9-10) and the Horticulture Conference (July 11-13) to pitch its flagship technology.
CO2 GRO said attendance at the two conferences was estimated to be 10,000 horticulture and hemp industry professionals from all 50 states and over 30 countries.

The company said those growers who expressed strong interest in CO2 Delivery Solution technology were members of the US protected agriculture industry that included high value flowers, hemp, leafy greens, and berry growers.
CO2 GRO said its sales personnel are following up with the potential customers to confirm the next steps.
The company also noted that its CO2 Delivery Solutions technology's ability to deliver a precise targeted CO2 saturated solution drew strong interest from several premium hemp growers, whose crops require year-round CO2 enrichment.
Meanwhile, an expansion of the sales force to service the US West Coast is planned, as several quality candidates were identified at the conferences. And a new partnership to assist with CO2 Delivery Solutions systems installations on the US East Coast was also finalized.
In addition, CO2 GRO said several original equipment manufacturer (OEM) supplier meetings were conducted with the intention to obtain better pricing and service for its key components as well as several technology component improvements through incorporating high-tech, low-cost options. These improvements will enable CO2 GRO to increase its margins and profitability.
The compny's miniature CO2 Delivery Solutions demonstration unit was introduced at both conferences to give growers, students, and suppliers an excellent visual of how the technology works. The demonstration unit also showed attendees how the mist creates a microfilm on the leaf surface with very little moisture, which growers continually cite as a key factor in managing their crops. The company said it will be using this demonstration unit at all future in-person shows.
"The Cultivate 21 Horticulture Conference and the Hemp Conference were successful business development forums for GROW,” said Aaron Archibald, CO2 GRO’s vice president of sales and strategic alliances, in a statement.
“Working as a team, we were able to make important product introductions with several growers, potential sales representatives to support our West Coast expansion in particular, and possible new suppliers for CO2 Delivery Solutions systems. Equally importantly we profiled GROW and the many significant benefits of our CO2 Delivery Solutions technology to a potential audience of approximately 10,000 attendees."
