Zephyr Energy PLC said seven wells it has interests in at the Williston Basin project in North Dakota are now in production.
Clean up work is now in progress after which Zephyr said it will give details of production rates.
Steady income has been received from five wells where Whiting Petroleum (NYSE:WLL) is the operator since acquisition in March, the junior added.
First revenues from two wells where Continental is the operator are expected in October 2021.
A further 22 wells are expected to be drilled in future by Continental and Zephyr estimates its share of the costs of these at US$710,000.
Colin Harrington, Zephyr’s chief executive, said: " We have a great deal of activity taking place across our project portfolio, and I'm delighted with the milestones being met.
“Now that our interests in the seven acquired Williston Basin wells are drilled, completed and online - and at a time of strong commodity prices - we expect significant cash flow generation from the non-operated portion of our portfolio over the coming months.
"Cash flow generated in the second half of 2021 is forecast to be rapidly redeployed into additional accretive opportunities - either into our flagship Paradox project, on additional drilling opportunities in the Williston, on further accretive acquisitions, or on all of the above. “
