Star Royalties CEO Alex Pernin joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has an agreement to acquire a 13.5% gross revenue royalty on EMS’ revenue share from the creation and sale of emission reduction benefits from forested lands located in Elizabeth Metis Settlement in Alberta, Canada.
Pernin telling Proactive the deal is for 300,000 in cash with the royalty covering the entire EMS Forest Project for10 years. Star Royalties will receive any gross revenue from the monetization of ERBs.
