Bidstack welcomes Electronic Arts veteran to the board

Bryan Neider was appointed to Bidstack's advisory board in October 2019. Now he has stepped up to the board of directors as a non-executive

Bidstack Group PLC, the in-game computer advertising platform, said Bryan Neider has joined the board as a non-executive director.

Neider is a technology, media and gaming veteran who will add global, operational and business development experience to the management team, Bidstack said.

Neider previously worked for Electronic Arts, the computer game giant, where he served in a variety of leadership roles.

“We have worked closely together since his appointment to the advisory board [in October 2019] and as Bidstack is at an inflexion point in the business we will benefit from Bryan's impressive and proven track record at Electronic Arts as we pursue commercial opportunities,” said James Draper, the founder and chief executive officer of Bidstack.

Neider said he was very excited to be joining the Bidstack board.

“Bidstack's technology and business model offer gaming and media companies the opportunity to reach billions of gamers around the world. Bidstack makes it possible to reach ever-increasing audiences in new and compelling ways which can enhance the games' authenticity with tailored and targeted marketing campaigns. In the same way product placement arrangements have benefited film and television economics, in-game marketing campaigns offer the same opportunity for local and global brands to reach important consumers,” Neider said.

Bryan Neider currently holds options over 400,000 Bidstack shares at 18.5p a share and recently subscribed for 750,000 Bidstack new shares in the company’s recent fundraising, giving him a 0.08% stake in the company.
