Boosh Plant-Based Brands (CSE: VEGI – OTC: VGGIF) CEO Jim Pakulis joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has acquired the assets of Saltspring Harvest Ltd. The company provides plant-based, protein-rich alternatives to meat and dairy-focused pâtés and spreads.
Pakulis telling Proactive they will add appetizers and snack foods with their line of végé-pâté and vegan and seed-based spreadable dips. Pakulis also told Proactive they have a date for the launch of their refrigerated line of products including Mushroom grave and chilli.
