Phil Reason, chief executive of Instem PLC (LON:INS), tells Proactive London about the key acquisitions of d-Wise Technologies and The Edge which were highlights of the company’s first half.
There could be another joining the company portfolio with Reason saying active consideration is being given to another acquisition, and one that will hopefully be concluded before the the end of the year.
Instem provides IT solutions to the global life sciences market and Reason says the industry continues to look very robust and his company is a trusted partner of many enterprises that operate in that market.
